Burnout is a reaction which comes due to the stress from a job that has been prolonged. You know you are going through a burnout when you are unable to perform according to your capabilities. The reason for this burnout is usually the kind of job one do but sometimes our lifestyles and our personal traits becomes the reason our job becomes stressful. One of my personal characteristic that could serve as a source of burnout is my pessimist nature. I never see that a glass is half full but I always notice that it is half empty.
